The fat is then purified and injected back into the body but now into the bottom to give more volume and projection.

The combination of liposuction on the waist and injection of the fat into the bottom makes for a very dramatic change. The waist gets narrower, you get a more marked back arch and a fuller bottom.

The operation is done under general anaesthesia and takes about two hours. You can go home the same day but we recommend an overnight stay at the clinic which ensures maximum safety and comfort. If you wish to stay overnight at the clinic, this is free of charge.

After the operation, a special dressing is used which puts pressure on the liposuctioned areas and no pressure over the areas to which the fat has been transplanted. The dressing should be worn day and night for four weeks. For the first two weeks, avoid putting strain on the transplanted areas, which means lying on your side and avoiding sitting.

Your first return visit is booked for after two weeks to remove the stitches and check on the operated areas. After about three to six months, a final check takes place, where we take pictures so that the results can be compared with the ones from before the operation.
