In the case of functional problems, there may be chafing and discomfort in the area. The operation is done under general anaesthesia and the parts that protrude and hang down are removed. After the operation, you’ll wear tight panties and compresses as a bandage for a few days. The stitches disappear by themselves after a few weeks.
