Your right of return (return period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you wish to return the product. The return period starts on the day you receive the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made item - or a product with a clearly individual character, the return period starts on the day we provided the information. You have no right of return if: the service was started during the return period with your consent, the price depends on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a share, the product due to its nature cannot be returned, the seal is broken on audio or video recordings or computer programs. Sealing also means technical sealing. When you’ve made use of your right of return: you are obliged to keep the goods in as good a condition as they were when you received them. You cannot use it, but of course, you can examine it carefully. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of return.

If you have chosen cash on delivery as a shipping method, your goods will stay at the collection point for four weeks. Unclaimed goods are then returned to us. For all packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, administration fee fee and handling fee, currently 350 SEK -

Reimbursement obligation:

You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. We always pay the return costs for returning so-called replacement products.
